Condenser Coils

A condenser plays a vital role in HVAC systems, as well as in industrial, commercial, and transportation refrigeration systems. It serves the purpose of dissipating heat into the environment, typically to the outdoor air.

Our range of customised condenser coils is available in three main designs: end plates only, with frames, and with casings. Condensers with casings are specifically designed for mounting fans in separate condensing units or remote condensers. The fan plate features appropriately sized holes, which can be equipped with or without diffusers to optimize air distribution from the fans. Casings can be constructed using galvanized steel, aluminium, or stainless-steel sheets of varying thickness. For coils with special applications, we can incorporate brass and copper end plates and frames.

To meet specific requirements, our condensers can be painted in the desired colours upon customer request, allowing for integration with the compressor or surrounding environment. We also specialize in manufacturing bent coils with end plates, which find extensive usage in compact condensing units and chillers for both domestic and commercial applications.

In addition, our condensers can be equipped with a separate subcooling circuit, and we offer the option to install additional valves on the headers. To ensure the utmost quality, we produce headers and end plates in-house at our dedicated press shop. This enables us to maintain strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
